The ultimate responsibility for the verification, validation, legal liability, and third-party audit readiness of all climate and sustainability disclosures uploaded to public portals rests solely with the client corporation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, FBI Consult Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from an organization’s compliance submissions, interpretation of climate scenarios, or financial exposure linked to sustainability reporting.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, our training sessions, or advisory services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably by submitting a formal dispute notification via email to admin@esgjourny.com.
